The SunFlex^TM flooring process is a unique performance-engineered, elastomeric urethane resurfacing system which is waterproof, resilient, non-skid, tough and has 500% or better elongation capabilities.

The SunFlex^TM flooring process is designed from the ground-up for tough duty applications in renovation and rehab projects with excellent wear resistance for use on above-grade and on-grade walkways, breezeways, landings, steps, pool decks, patios, balconies, and similar decking applications.

For ultimate strength, SunFlex^TM is applied in layers. First, the surface is power washed and allowed to dry, then an epoxy primer is roller applied to insure deep penetration and a positive lock into the substrate pores. The next step is a fluid Base Coat which creates a waterproof, tough, and flexible membrane. Rubber granules are broadcast over the basecoat as it is allowed to dry. The final step is two applications of the topcoat. Your SunFlex flooring will cure quickly, and you will be walking on it the next day.

The attractive colors and unlimited blends of the elastomeric urethane are fade resistant and colored consistently throughout. Even as the top surface of the compound is worn away by traffic, the colors will still shine brightly.
