Strips, World Conservation Awards, the Silver World, and International
Activity Patch
Changes have been made in the Boy
Scout advancement program for the Tenderfoot, Second Class, and
First Class ranks. Changes have also been made to the list of
required merit badges for the Eagle Scout rank.
Once you have earned the Life Scout
rank and are ready to begin your Eagle Scout leadership service
project, this workbook will help you plan and record your progress
and complete and submit a final report.
A variety of awards are available
to Venturers, from achievement awards such as the Bronze, Gold,
& Silver awards to recognitions including the Venturing Leadership
Award.
The National Eagle Scout Association
(NESA) is a fellowship of men who have achieved the Eagle Scout
rank and who desire using their efforts and influence toward forming
the kind of young men America needs for leadership.
An application for scholarships
that are provided through the Mabel and Lawrence S. Cooke Scholarship
Endowment, the Elks National Foundation, and the National Eagle
Scout Scholarship Fund.
