Remanufactured Window Lift Motors

• All brushes, springs, circuit breakers, gaskets, O-rings and rollers are replaced 100% with Ford-approved components
• All bushings are inspected and replaced if worn
• All armatures are inspected for bent shafts, and commutators are inspected for run-out and minimum diameters
• All units are assembled with original wire lengths with connectors
• Ford Motor Company-approved lubricants and components are used during assembly
• Units are assembled to Ford Motor Company-approved specifications
• All window lift motors are built to original torque output requirements
• All units are performance tested for amperage draw, torque output and RPM output, balanced between both up and down directions, plus circuit breaker operation
• All units are tested for noise output in individual sound booths, with a simulated load
• All performance testing is approved by Ford Motor Company engineering
• All motors go through extensive O.E. production validation testing prior to their release to customers
