Fees and Discounts
The program
fee includes two full days of programming, with
your choice of concurrent sessions, keynote luncheons on
Friday and Saturday, mid-morning and afternoon beverage
breaks, the Friday evening Networking Reception and a
CD-ROM with all program handouts. You may also opt to
attend the Friday and/or Saturday Morning Breakfast
Roundtables for an additional $39 (each) fee.
Any one institution
that sends five or more individual employees to
the ASCP Leadership Exchange qualifies for our institutional
discount:
the member rate for all registrations regardless of membership
status.
Send ten or more participants from the same institution and receive
an additional 10% off the member-discounted price.

Space is Limited, So Register Early!
Space is limited, so we strongly recommend orders online. Institutional
orders should be submitted by fax. Prepayment or a purchase
order is required in order to process your registration. We
will mail you a registration confirmation letter.
If you register close to the meeting or if your institution
handled your registration, be sure to bring a copy of your confirmation
letter or purchase order to avoid confusion on site.
Instructions for multiple participants with a single payment:
- Photocopy the registration form
- Complete one form for each participant. Be sure to print
the individual’s name and email address on the form and
indicate membership status.
- Attach all registration forms together, submit a single payment,
and mail in one envelope
Continuing Education Credits
ASCP programs are accepted by California, Florida, Louisiana,
and many other states for relicensure of clinical laboratory
professionals. The American Society for Clinical Pathology
(ASCP) designates these activities for the indicated number
of Continuing Medical Laboratory Education (CMLE) credit hours.
ASCP CMLE credit hours meet continuing education requirements
for the ASCP Board of Registry Certification Maintenance Program.
ASCP Leadership Exchange qualifies attendees for up to 13 CMLE
credits for the entire program. Attendees have “on-demand” access
to certificates on March 12. ASCP members can exclusively print
transcripts at no cost from ASCP’s web site.
Course Materials
Be sure to bring your printed course materials with you to the
conference! Please make sure that ASCP has your email address.
Course materials will be available for download via the internet
on Febuary 2. Registered attendees will be able to log into the “My
ASCP” section of www.ascp.org and click on the “My
Meeting Materials” to quickly download and print course
materials. You’ll have the opportunity to formulate questions
and discussion points to bring to the session. So register early
and get the most out of your workshop experience!
Attendees will also receive a CD-ROM containing session handout
materials for every session.

ASCP supports the Americans with Disabilities Act.Please indicate
specific requirements in writing and attach them to the registration
form.
Substitutions/Transfers
You may request to transfer from one session to another (subject
to availability). You may send a substitute for the conference
if you cannot attend. Please notify us in advance by contacting
ASCP Customer Services at 1-800-267-(ASCP)2727, option 2.
Cancellations
A refund less a $55 processing fee will be issued for cancellations
received, in writing, at least one week prior to the start
of the conference. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations
received less than one week prior to the start of the conference.
ASCPreserves the right to cancel a session due to circumstances
beyond its control or if there is insufficient registration.
ASCP is not responsible for penalties incurred as a result
of cancelled transportation. |
